Louis recently served as counsel to LG Technology Ventures, the corporate venturing arm of LG Group, in its venture investment in Claroty, an Israeli industrial cybersecurity company that raised $140 million in Series D funding, rendering it Israel’s newest unicorn. With the latest round, the company has raised $235 million to date. The round marks the largest investment ever made within the industrial cybersecurity sector, establishing Claroty’s market leadership amid an uptick in cyberattacks on critical infrastructure. The new funding will be used to accelerate Claroty’s expansion into new verticals and regions and to further enhance its product portfolio.

He also served as counsel to LG Technology Ventures in its venture investment in Airalo, the world’s first eSIM store providing travelers with access to eSIMs in more than 190 countries and regions.

Louis recently represented Samsung Venture Investment Co (SVIC) in its Series A financing of NEX Labs, an AI-driven fitness platform based in California.

He also represented SVIC in its Series A investment in Soundable Health, a digital health startup with AI-enabled technology that identifies symptoms of disease through sound analysis via smartphone.
